Camphill Medical Practice has access and toilet facilities for disabled patients.
How to register with the Practice
Please phone the receptionist to make a registration appointment with the Nurse. You will be asked to complete a registration form and health questionnaire prior to your appointment. Please bring a sample of urine with you to the appointment.
How to see your Doctor or Practice Nurse
All consultations are by prior appointment only, but we will see you as soon as possible if you have an urgent problem. To make an appointment you can either phone the receptionist on 01224 868935 or you can call in at the surgery. Please make a separate appointment for each patient. If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
Availability Standards
Patients requesting routine appointments with a named GP will be seen in not more than 3 working days. Patients asking for routine appointments with any GP will not wait longer than one day and all urgent cases will be seen the same day.
Medical students and Visiting Doctors
Occasionally students and visiting doctors may accompany the doctor during consultations. If, however, you would prefer to see the doctor alone, your request will be respected.
