Dr Stefan Geider
(Witten - Herdeke, Germany 1993; GP Training, Aberdeen 1996)
GP (Principal)
Dr Geider is German and the father or 2 young boys. Like many young people who come to Camphill from Europe he came to Aberdeen as a co-worker instead of doing his National Service in Germany. He trained as a doctor after this and returned to Aberdeen to take on the work of the Practice in 1996. Since then he has also been a Medical Officer at the Camphill Rudolf Steiner Schools and the Aberdeen Waldorf School, looking after the health and wellbeing of the children in both schools.
Special areas of clinical interest: anthroposophical medicine, cancer treatment, with the use of Mistletoe Therapy and learning disability.
Outside medicine he enjoys fishing in the Dee.

Dr Marga Hogenboom
(Arts Examen Utrecht 1984; MRCGP 2001)
GP (Principal)
Dr Hogenboom is Dutch and a mother of 3 teenage children. She originally came to the UK as a Medical Officer for the Camphill Rudolf Steiner Schools. At that time she also worked in the Camphill Medical Practice part time. In 2001 she re-joined the Practice as a full time GP after leaving to re-qualify as a GP.
Special areas of clinical interest: Anthroposophical Medicine, learning disability, child health, maternity and family planning. Her aim is to further integrate anthroposophical medicine into the NHS.
Her other interests are painting, walking, skiing and swimming.
Dr Wolfgang Furste
(State Med Exam Freiburg, 1996, Dip Ther, Newcastle) GP (Principal)
Special areas of clinical interest: Complimentry Medicine, in part Anthroposophic Medicine, in particular Herbal medicine and Acupuncture.
Heather Jones
Practice Nurse (RGN, RM, DN)
Heather works as a part-time Practice Nurse.
As well as providing basic treatment room duties Heather is responsible for the running of our Chronic Disease clinics e.g. Asthma, Diabetes and Hypertension.
Debbie Dougary - NHS Practice manager and Administrator
Debbie became the Practice Manager in April 2008.
Her responsibilities include the organisation and management of the practice staff, health and safety, training and finance.

Helen Gibson
Finance officer
Helen joined the CMP in March 2006 and administers the financial aspects of the charity on a part-time basis. In addition to this she assists in fundraising projects.
Ingrid Hermansen
Eurythmy Therapy
Ingrid comes from Denmark and trained as a curative educator in Aberdeen, Scotland. She trained as a eurythmist in England and later gained her Eurythmy Therapy qualification in Switzerland. Ingrid has been a member of the Camphill Medical Practice team since 1999.

Donald Phillips
Anthroposophical Therapeutic Speech
Donald is a voice and speech trainer specializing in Anthroposophical Therapeutic Speech (ATS). After completing a degree in Biological Sciences he went on to study speech, voice and drama at The Speech School, Sussex, UK, and later gained his ATS qualification from Switzerland. He began his work in Camphill-Rudolf Steiner-Schools in 1995 and gradually built a successful private practice as an associate therapist of the Camphill Medical practice. In 2004 Donald joined the team in a full time capacity.
As educator, Donald is a course leader on the Anthroposophical Therapeutic Speech Training UK and a practice tutor and visiting teacher on the BA course in Curative Education, affiliated with Aberdeen University.

Jennie Tanser
Anthroposophical Art Therapy
Jennie has a conventional background in art. She trained initially as an art teacher and taught art within adult education. Then, following a 4 year training, Jennie gained a Diploma in Anthroposophical Art Therapy. She has been practicing as an Art Therapist since 1989 and since 1992 has worked with Camphill Medical Practice team. Jennie is a registered Art Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
Jennie is a member of the Anthroposophical Art Therapy Association, which seeks to develop and maintain the highest standards in training and ongoing professional development amongst its members. The Association works in collaboration with the Medical Section of the Anthroposophical Society.

Marei Blitz
Rhythmical Massage Therapy
Marei graduated in 1987 from the Grampian School of Physiotherapy. She worked for 2 years in Maidstone, Kent before emigrating to Canada in 1989. There she worked for 8 years in Community Care as a Physiotherapist.
Marei then trained in Rhythmical Massage Therapy in the U.S.A., graduating in 1998. She continued to practice Rhythmical Massage for 2 years in Toronto at an Anthroposophical Medical Centre. Marei returned to Britain in 2001 and joined the Camphill Medical Practice team in July 2002.
