    St Devenick's is situated on the beautiful, tranquil Murtle Estate, near the banks of the River Dee, in Bieldside, a suburb on the outskirts of Aberdeen.  The Estate is also home to:

    • ·         Camphill Medical Practice NHS
    • ·         Murtle Farm

    Enjoy walks around our leafy Estate or venture further onto the Deeside Walkway or the banks of the River Dee.

    Facilities offered on the Estate include:

    • ·         Easy access to Deeside Walkway and walks alongside River Dee
    • ·         Garden with garden furniture

    We have three  self catering units

    Oak & Pine  : at ground floor level, with disability access

    Rowan          : on the upper floorfloor. Stair access only

    Both floors have peaceful outlooks over the St Devenick's  garden area and from the Rowan unit the River Dee is visible beyond.

    Pine Unit:

    • Double bedroom with twin beds, wadrobe, desk, patio doors to garden area
    • Dining/ sitting area on open plan with kitchen with dining chairs, comfortable seating: shared with Oak unit
    • Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob and double oven, washing machine: shared with Oak unit
    • Wet-room shower - walk in wet room with shower: shared with Oak unit
    • Toilet with disabled access: shared with Oak unit

      Rowan Unit: Fully self contained unit on upper floor with 2 interconnecting rooms
